butterscoth cupcakes...yummmy

will?like 3 weeks ago i made my first butterscotch cupcake.you don't believe what happened.LOL!maybe because i am tired from work and i just want to eat a cupcake.so,i start gathering my ingredients.then baked.hahaha...when done bake i said yummy...i tasted my yum delicious cupcake but OMG!you can't even eat it or even a little bit.bitter and horrible taste.you want to know why?because i used baking soda instead of baking powder.


but next the day i made it right.

this is the topping...

Ingres:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 unsalted butter,softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs,beaten
1tsp vanilla extract


topping:
2tbsp dark corn syrup
2tbsp unsalted butter
2tbsp dark brown sugar

preheat oven 375
sift flour @ baking powder and add butter,sugar.eggs and vanilla extract.beat until mixture smooth.
cook it 15-20 mins until top golden brown.

for topping put syrup,butter and sugar into small pan heat gently,stirring until the sugar dissolves.bring to a boil about 1 min.drizzle it top of ur cupcake.



remember don't do what i did.happy baking:)
