laundry day...

today is a late day for me.woke up late.stay home whole day.do a load of laundry like 5 loads,yup that many.them i follow this blog for long time.i found her in face book also.i always admired her food like Filipino food.the have a tons of Filipino food post.then one day she posted this receipt for binangkal.its been so long didn't eat this snacks food for the home country.so today i decided to follow her receipt oh boy my first try very good.i am so excited i text my friends how want binangkal?when my daughter got home for school she what is that i said binangkal try it.so she try it and eaten 2 of the binangkal.she said yummy.mom.

freshman father movie is an inspirational...

You know that i am crazy,movie addict right.Tonight yes i watch again a very moving movie  and  a true story movie.I hope all our young adult see this movie,because it give you encouragement of life. That you need to believe your self and fight of want you want to achieve in life.special of deep in your heart and brain that you can make it.even life is hard.how i wish a lot of people will watch and learn.

I know to that this is only a movie but this movie is a true of a young man.Maybe i am only dreaming but i believe in miracles in life if you welling to fight work hard for it.

today i am off at work.all day i only watch movie and nap time.imagine i watch movie in(www.hallmarkmoviechannel.com) three movie straight.but i love this movie.they are very touching movie.

first day of middle school...

tomorrow is first day of middle school for my lovely daughter.we just done preparing her stuff for first day of school.she is nervous.what i am going to do,she said.i don't know my classroom?i said will get used to it.the school called that the 7th grade need to meet at the cafeteria then just follow what they say.

cloths is ready.shoes and sock ready.backpack and lunchbox are ready.bath done.it would be an exciting day.

Philippines ship sinks....

last couples days the kids had pizza when we done swimming in flagler beach.http://www.cityofflaglerbeach.com/.kids always hungry when they go swim.so i got then pizza in Tony's pizza in flagler beach.my daugther said yummy... this pizza is taste like New York Pizza for real.when second D.by mikaela.my friends daugther.with the garlic knots. and the sauce yummy.they love the pizza and garlic knots.We eat like this is no tomorrow.

a fun day.

today we accomplished a lot of fun stuff.in the morning we go bowling.in the summer my friend told me that in our palm coast lane is only 2 dollars one game,2dollars shoes and 1 dollar for hot dod,1dollar fries and 1 dollar soda for 12 yrs to under.great and best deal.and the kids have fun.(http://palmcoastlanes.com/bowling.asp?Page=KIDS+SPECIALS)

go have fun before the school year start.because next week the school start.

then we go to palm coast community park.the kids also had a blast until i had a caterpillar in my back and jump like crazy and scream.oh boy that was bloody and super itching.i almost naked in the road or in the park.thanks to me i always had a bag of cloths in my car.what an experience.(http://www.palmcoastgov.com/city/attractions/commcenter/)but still the kids had fun even they are hot and sweating.

my journey...

last night i received a message from my sister in law that my youngest brother got hit by a drunk driver but thank you God this not to bad.boy my heart stop beating when i heard the news.all i think is oh my goes.i call my brother back home and my tears coming down.its a weird feelings.but he only had a broker shoulder a black and blue but he is ok.thank you GOd in heaven.its so heard when you got this news and you are far away.how i wish i can see or hug them.its been so long i didn't saw my brothers.i also thankful that i can help them sometimes specially this emergency moments.but still do is not count.i been far away from them for long long long time.i miss them a lot.now they had family,kids and still didn't meet them in person only in skype or talk to the phone.sad:(.

but still wishing one day i see them again. they always in my prayer.
i know every person have there journey different.but this is my journey in life.i am only praying always they are all safe and healthy.because one day i can hug them again.

there a lot of things change in my country seen.i have a lot of friends and relative gone and back to our heavenly fathers side.the kids that i'm watching when the are small now had family and kids also.as my friends that visited philippines this past years my country change a lot.even my home town CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY had a lot of changes.after the thypon the damage my home town.but they build it again more stronger than before.the people are trying their best and remember the people they lost.

thank you GOD for my blessing and also the guidance in life.amen.

today i am looking for a good sales for school supplies.we go to walgreens and staples.we find a good but not very good deal in staples (www staples.com)walgreen have also their 2 pocket folder 7 for a one dollars not bad (www walgreens.com).because next week is back to school and i know kids still don't want to go back but time flies.they need to get ready.

slow sunday :)

this morning i woke up late,maybe because its sunday right.then my daughter said i want cookies can you bake me cookie please!so i had my free made cookies in my freezer.the only thing am going to do is bake them.so, i only baked 6 cookies.fresh and hot.its very convenient this cookie recipe.you make them put in the freezer and if you want fresh just bake.

recipe for the cookie:this is a soft chocolate cookies,

needs:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of unsalted butter at room temperature(1 1/2 sticks)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips



preheat the oven.line a baking sheet w/parchment paper and set aside.heat the oven to 400.

make the cookie dough.put together the flour,baking soda  and salt in the large bowl.cream together the butter and sugar in another bowl,using hand mixer,until light and creamy about 2 mins.slight beat the eggs and vanilla.then combined it w/ ur cream(butter and sugar)then add the chocolate chips.add the flour mixture in 3 additions,mix it until they combined.

bake it until golden and set around the edges.maybe 12 to 15 mins.just watch because they will cook fast. 

you bake it all or just flat ur dough in the parchment paper like a block put it in refrigerator for one hour  and then cut it in cubes then put it in ur freezer.then you are good to go.you can have it anytime u want.fresh and hot.all the time.
