reading.....makes you smarter

i been reading this small magazine for winn dixie parmacy.in the front of the mag.cought my eye.the topic of 7 ways to walk off more fat,because me and my friend been walking this days just to stay healthy .so we dont gain more pounds.holidays also most here.more food and sweet,get together w/ friends and family.we always eat more when holidays.i know why?maybe coz, the food are delicious.what can i say....hahaha...but when i start opening the mag.a lots off stuff in this tiny mag.i got this even free.

boost endurance and burn more calories with these 7 formperfecting tips:

*focus several yards ahead to help drive you forward.don't look down-keep your chin level and slightly tucked in to avoid neck strain.

*you'll walk farther and faster if your back is straight.every five minutes or so,roll your shoulders up,back and down,pulling together your shoulder blades as you lift your breast bone.

*strengthen your core muscles and align your upper and lower body for  better balance and endurance:tuck your pelvis slightly by tightening your tummy.

*don't get slowed down by back pain!take short ,quick step instead of long strides,which cause you to bounce,put pressure on your knees and make you lean forward,straining your lower back.

*pay attention to how your feet hit the ground:you should land on ur heel and roll through the center line of ur foot keep strain off ur ankles.

*relaX,concentrating on one step at a time.your walk should feel more like dancing than marching-great dancers have perfect posture but still maintain flexibility and fluid movements.

*limber calf and ankle mucsles will keep ur walks injury-free:stand with feet parallel,a few inches apart;roll from heels to toes,back and forth,10 times.


walk five days a week,30mins a day...and move ur arms.
